When the product is shipped to the user, if the packaging tray is damaged or the product is damaged due to transportation reasons, our company will send people to assist the user to negotiate claims with the transportation department, provide solutions, and actively send people to repair to achieve user satisfaction.
When the product is shipped to the user, if there are problems with quantity such as missing supply, wrong supply or insufficient supply, our company will immediately send people to the site for service and processing after receiving the notice.
During the on-site inspection and installation process, if we find product quality problems caused by our company's responsibility, we will reply within 24 hours after receiving the notification. If we need to send someone to handle it, we will immediately send someone to the site for service. If we do not need on-site service, we will be a good consultant and provide solutions for users.
If both parties confirm that the product quality problem is indeed caused by our company's manufacturing reasons and it cannot be used anymore, our company will be responsible for the "three guarantees", that is, repair, replacement and refund.
If there is a disagreement or it is difficult to determine the quality, it must be inspected by an authoritative organization. If the inspection result is determined to be unqualified, our company will bear all direct losses and expenses incurred thereby, including sampling fees, transportation fees, loading and unloading fees and inspection fees.
According to the user's installation needs, our company can send personnel to technically inspect the product. The product quality guarantee period is one year, but if various quality problems of the product occur within one year, if they are indeed caused by manufacturing, our company will be responsible to the end.
